Joan and Alan - National Ballroom Dance Week
We are a non profit organization dedicated to developing Ballroom Dancing at all levels for people in and around The Rocky Mount, North Carolina Area. USA Dance is affiliated with the US Olympic Committee.
WORKSHOP - SAVE THE DATE!!
Two classes on the hour, beginning at 11am on June 29. Lunch break will be from 1 - 2. All classes will conclude at 4pm. After a supper break, you are invited to return to the Imperial Centre for a bonus social dance to practice what you've learned during the day. Instructors will be on hand to assist during the social dance. Cost is only $35 in advance for all four workshops! Add on the social dance for only $5 more! This is an incredible opportunity for solid instruction at a phenomenal price.
And, for the first time ever, we will offer a Youth Beginner Ballroom class for ages 6 - 18. Marty and JoAnn Barbour will lead this exciting session!
Bring the whole family. This will be a really fun day!

And make sure to join us again that night for our Post-Workshop dance from 6:00pm-9:00pm. If you attend the workshop, the dance will be $5. If you didn't attend the workshop though, the cost will be $10.
Join us on the 2nd Saturday of Each Month at the Imperial Centre, Arts Education Building, corner of Falls Rd and N. Franklin Street, 344 Falls Rd, Rocky Mount, NC 27804 from 7:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.
A free dance lesson with paid admission will start promptly at 7:30 p.m., so arrive early. Come and enjoy dancing on our 2500 sq. ft. wooden floor.
Cost is $5 for members. First Time guests are free and $8 for non members. See our Calendar section for more details as well as instructor biographies.
Our 1st & 3rd Friday night of each month is a practice night at the same location as our monthly dances. Here's the best part, it's only $3 per person! Where else can you enjoy a huge wooden dance floor, practice any dance you wish, share with some dance friends, or sit back and enjoy the dancers!

Calling all men, calling all men - Men, do you come to dances without a designated female partner? Do you know of any fellow male dancers that would like to come to our monthly dances for FREE? Unpartnered males may come to our dances FREE and become a Male Dance Host. If any men dancers fall into this catagory, please contact Lisa to become one of our - FREE admission, Male Dance Hosts.
